Color Coded Source Code

Hi Cricket,

When I view my site in Page Source using Mozilla as a browser, the code is in several different colors. Is there a way to use this color coding to see mistakes in my code or gather beneficial information from it?

Thank you,

Hi Sean!

When the page source is color coded it makes it easier to see your mistakes, but it will not find code errors for you. Sometimes when you have been staring at html code for a long time, it all seems to blur together. When that same code is color coded, you will be able to scan through it much more quickly.

Always validate your pages with the W3C HTML Validator.
